Collect ideas
Save and organise places
Turn scattered travel ideas into a board you can actually use when planning a day.
A board is not an itinerary
Use a board to collect possibilities: cafés, viewpoints, museums or neighbourhoods. Use a trip when you are ready to arrange visits into days. Saving a place does not reserve a table, buy an entry ticket or add a calendar booking.
| Use a board when… | Use a trip when… |
|---|---|
| You are still collecting ideas. | You have a destination and travel dates. |
| You want to keep places from different videos together. | You need to order stops and coordinate the group. |
| You are comparing options. | You want to track shared expenses. |
Save places from a video
- Copy the original post link
Use the share link from the video platform. The post must remain accessible; a private, removed or unavailable video may not be readable.
- Paste the link in OnePlan
Use the video-link entry point and choose the board where you want to keep the result.
- Review the identified places
Check the name, city and map pin. A familiar name can refer to several branches in different neighbourhoods.
- Keep what fits your trip
Save useful places and leave out matches that are uncertain or irrelevant.
Check the location before you go
A video can mention a district, a venue or a whole city. Prefer a specific searchable place over a broad scenic area. Check that the address and map point agree with the post, especially for chain restaurants and venues with translated names.
