Find a starting point
Find or request a plan
Understand the difference between a Marketplace plan, a request in the app and the website’s one-day preview.
Choose your starting point
| Option | What you get | What to expect |
|---|---|---|
| Browse the Market | An existing plan for a destination | Review the route and any access conditions shown in the app. |
| Request a plan in the app | A request based on your destination and preferences | This is a request workflow, not a promise of an immediate itinerary. |
| Try the website preview | One day from an existing plan, or a newly generated preview | A quick look at places, photos and map details. Continue in the app for more. |
Make a useful request
- Choose the destination
Pick the city you actually want to explore, not just a nearby arrival airport.
- Describe your group
Include the number of people, trip length and whether you are travelling with friends, as a couple or solo.
- Set a clear budget
Include the currency. Explain any special budget assumptions in your description.
- Add the preferences that matter
Mention your pace, interests, food restrictions or must-see areas. Do not include passport, card or other sensitive details.
What happens after a request?
The app records the request for fulfilment. Follow the status and notification guidance shown there, and check the Market when a plan becomes available. A second open request for the same destination may be rejected; inspect your existing request before submitting again.
How the website preview differs
The website first looks for an available plan for the selected destination. If it finds one, it shows the first day. That existing route is not rewritten or repriced to match every preference you entered. If no suitable plan is available, the website can request a new one-day preview.
