Scan credits and access

Check the balance and purchase information shown in the app before starting a credit-based feature.

What scan credits mean

Some scanning workflows use a credit balance. The app’s balance and access screen is the source to check before starting a credit-based action. A credit is access to a feature; it is not money in a wallet or a contribution to a trip fund.

Check your balance and access

  1. Confirm your account

Make sure you are signed into the account where you expect the credits or access to appear.

  2. Read the current balance

Use the available total shown in the app. Do not infer the balance from an older screenshot or a previous purchase alone.

  3. Check any next-grant date

If your account is eligible for a periodic Pro credit grant, the system can show its next date. A missing date is not a promise of an upcoming grant.

  4. Review the offer before purchasing

Check the price, amount of credits or subscription terms shown by the actual purchase screen.

If there are not enough credits

An insufficient-credit response can block a scan before it starts. Review the available purchase or subscription options in the app, or wait for a scheduled grant if one is actually shown for your account. Merchant payments and group-fund balances do not buy scan credits.

Prices and allowances can change. This guide intentionally does not repeat a fixed price or monthly quota that might differ from the offer available to you.

If a scan or purchase fails

Check the updated balance before retrying. A failed action does not, on its own, prove that a credit was spent or returned. If something looks wrong, send support the feature, approximate time and purchase reference where applicable.

For purchase issues, use the applicable App Store purchase or restoration controls shown in the app. Do not send card details or login codes to support.
