Terms of Service
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OnePlan Travel mobile application, website, and related services (the "Services"). The Services are operated by Nam Dinh, under the brand OnePlan Travel ("OnePlan Travel", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1.Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required under applicable law to use the Services. If you are not legally able to enter into these Terms on your own, you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, where permitted by law.
By using the Services, you represent that:
- The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete;
- You are legally permitted to use the Services;
- You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws; and
- Your use of the Services will not violate the rights of any third party.
2.About OnePlan Travel
OnePlan Travel is a travel planning and coordination app designed to help users organize trips, manage travel activities, and save places for future plans.
Depending on the features available at the time of use, the Services may include:
- Trip planning and itinerary organization;
- Budget and expense management;
- AI-powered bill, receipt, or split bill support;
- Boards for saving collections of places;
- Pins for saving individual places or locations;
- Video scan features that help detect places from supported social video links;
- Market access to travel plans published by OnePlan Travel;
- Trip overview or planning summary features;
- Map-related and place discovery features; and
- Related travel planning tools, premium features, and digital services.
OnePlan Travel no longer provides in-app chat or trip photo album features. We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, subject to applicable law.
3.Accounts and Sign-In
To use certain features, you may be required to sign in using a supported login method. OnePlan Travel currently supports sign-in through Apple ID and Google Account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account secure.
4.Subscription Plans, Purchases, and Billing
Some features of OnePlan Travel may require payment. Paid access may be offered through subscription plans, one-time purchases, credit packages, or other paid digital features, as presented to you in the app at the time of purchase.
Paid offerings may include:
- weekly subscription plans;
- yearly subscription plans;
- one-time or lifetime purchase options;
- video scan credit packages; and
- other paid features or digital benefits described in the app.
Paid benefits may include, depending on the plan or purchase:
- unlimited or expanded trip planning;
- AI split bill features;
- trip overview sent to your email;
- access to Market plans;
- included video scan credits;
- additional video scan credits; and
- other benefits described in the app at the time of purchase.
OnePlan Travel does not offer a free trial unless explicitly stated in the app. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, included benefits, and any limits will be shown before you complete your purchase.
5.App Store Purchases
For purchases made through the Apple App Store:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase;
- Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period according to Apple's rules;
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings;
- Your account may be charged for renewal before the end of the current subscription period;
- Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple according to Apple's applicable billing and refund policies; and
- OnePlan Travel does not directly process refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store.
After cancellation, you may continue to access the subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise determined by Apple's policies.
For one-time purchases, access will be provided as described at the time of purchase and will not renew automatically unless clearly stated otherwise.
Apple states that App Store subscriptions can be managed or canceled through the user's Apple account settings, and refund requests are handled through Apple's billing support flow.
6.Market Plans
OnePlan Travel may offer a Market feature where users can access travel plans made available by OnePlan Travel. At this time:
- Plans in the Market are uploaded and published only by OnePlan Travel;
- Users do not currently upload Market plans themselves;
- Users do not currently sell plans through the Services;
- Users do not currently purchase individual Market plans from third-party creators;
- Eligible paid users may access and apply available Market plans according to their subscription or purchase benefits; and
- Third-party creator uploads and creator payouts are not currently enabled.
We may change, limit, expand, or discontinue the Market feature in the future. If the Market feature changes materially, including by allowing third-party creator uploads, paid creator plans, or creator payouts, we may update these Terms and other applicable policies.
7.Boards and Pins
OnePlan Travel may allow users to save and organize places through Boards and Pins. A Board is a saved list or collection of places. A Pin is an individual saved place or location.
You may use Boards and Pins to:
- Save places you discover;
- Organize places by trip, destination, theme, or preference;
- Add saved places to future trips;
- Store places detected from supported video links; and
- Manage travel ideas or planning references.
You are responsible for the information you save, organize, or submit through Boards and Pins. We do not guarantee that saved place information, business details, addresses, map data, opening hours, prices, or availability will always be accurate, complete, or up to date.
8.Video Scan Credits
OnePlan Travel may offer video scan credits as part of a subscription plan, free allowance, promotional offer, or one-time in-app purchase.
Video scan credits allow users to submit supported social video links, such as TikTok or Instagram links, and use OnePlan Travel to help detect places, businesses, destinations, or locations mentioned, shown, or referenced in the video.
Each successful video scan may deduct one video scan credit from your available balance, unless otherwise stated in the app. Video scan credits are separate from any OnePlan Pro subscription benefits unless explicitly included in your plan.
Video scan credits:
- Do not automatically renew unless provided as part of a renewing subscription benefit;
- Have no cash value;
- Cannot be exchanged for money;
- Cannot be transferred to another user or account;
- Cannot be resold; and
- May only be used within OnePlan Travel.
Unused video scan credits will remain available in your account unless otherwise stated in the app or required by applicable law.
Scan results may vary depending on many factors, including:
- Video quality;
- Caption availability;
- Audio clarity;
- Language;
- Visual content;
- Creator-provided information;
- Availability of location information;
- Restrictions from third-party platforms; and
- The performance of AI or detection systems.
OnePlan Travel does not guarantee that every place, business, destination, or location mentioned or shown in a video will be detected accurately, completely, or at all.
All purchases of video scan credits made through the Apple App Store or another app marketplace are processed by the relevant marketplace. Refund requests, if eligible, must be handled through that marketplace according to its policies.
By purchasing or using video scan credits, you agree that the credits are digital features for use within OnePlan Travel and are subject to these Terms.
9.User Content and Submitted Information
In connection with features such as trip planning, Boards, Pins, video scans, receipt scanning, budgeting, or expense tracking, you may submit or provide information through the Services. This may include:
- Trip names;
- Destinations;
- Itinerary details;
- Notes;
- Saved places;
- Boards and Pins;
- Social video links;
- Receipt or bill images;
- Budget and expense details;
- Place-related information;
- Travel preferences; and
- Other materials or information you choose to provide.
You retain ownership of your content. However, you grant OnePlan Travel a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and use your submitted content solely as necessary to:
- Operate the Services;
- Provide the features you request;
- Maintain and improve the Services;
- Troubleshoot technical issues;
- Protect the security and integrity of the Services; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the right to provide any content or material you submit;
- Your content does not violate any law or regulation;
- Your content does not infringe or misappropriate the rights of any third party;
- Your content does not contain unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, or malicious material; and
- Your submission of social video links or other third-party content does not violate the rights or terms of the relevant third-party platform.
We may remove, restrict, or disable access to content if we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, platform requirements, or the integrity of the Services.
10.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or deceptive purposes;
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or damage the Services;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, accounts, or networks;
- Misuse trip planning, budgeting, expense, Boards, Pins, video scan, or AI features;
- Submit content you do not have the right to use;
- Upload or submit malicious code, harmful files, or deceptive links;
- Use the Services to infringe the rights of any third party;
- Scrape, copy, harvest, or extract data from the Services without permission;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services, except where prohibited by applicable law;
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with security, payment, usage limit, or access control features;
- Resell, transfer, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission; or
- Use the Services in a way that harms OnePlan Travel, our users, third-party services, or the public.
We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including restricting, suspending, or terminating access to the Services.
11.Travel Planning Disclaimer
OnePlan Travel is a planning, organization, and coordination tool only. We do not operate as a:
- Travel agency;
- Tour operator;
- Transportation provider;
- Hotel or accommodation provider;
- Restaurant operator;
- Event organizer;
- Financial institution;
- Payment institution;
- Insurance provider;
- Legal advisor; or
- Tax advisor.
We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy, completeness, legality, safety, quality, or suitability of any travel plan;
- The availability, opening hours, pricing, quality, legality, or safety of restaurants, hotels, destinations, activities, attractions, transportation, or service providers;
- That schedules, prices, travel times, routes, weather, entry requirements, or other details will remain accurate;
- That any recommendation, Market plan, AI output, or suggested itinerary will match your personal needs, budget, preferences, or circumstances; or
- That third-party places or services will be available, safe, or suitable.
You are solely responsible for verifying travel details, checking local conditions, reviewing applicable laws and entry requirements, and making your own travel decisions.
12.Budgeting and Expense Disclaimer
OnePlan Travel may provide budgeting, expense tracking, split bill, receipt scanning, or related financial organization tools. These features are provided for convenience and informational purposes only.
OnePlan Travel is not a bank, e-wallet, payment intermediary, credit provider, financial advisor, accounting service, or tax advisor.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, OnePlan Travel does not hold user funds, process peer-to-peer money transfers, settle debts between users, or guarantee payment between trip participants.
You are responsible for reviewing all budget, expense, split bill, and receipt scanning results before relying on them.
13.AI and Feature Limitations
Some Services may use AI-assisted features, including:
- Receipt or bill scanning;
- Expense extraction;
- Split bill support;
- Video-based place detection;
- Trip planning assistance;
- Market or itinerary support; and
- Other automated or AI-powered features.
AI features may produce incomplete, incorrect, outdated, biased, or unexpected results. You remain responsible for reviewing, verifying, and confirming all AI outputs before relying on them. OnePlan Travel does not guarantee that AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs will be accurate, complete, suitable, or error-free.
14.Third-Party Platforms and Social Video Links
The Services may allow you to submit links from third-party platforms, such as TikTok or Instagram, for the purpose of detecting places or travel-related information. You acknowledge that:
- OnePlan Travel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, Meta, ByteDance, or other third-party platforms unless expressly stated;
- Third-party platforms may change, restrict, remove, or limit access to content or links at any time;
- Video scan results may depend on the availability and accessibility of third-party content;
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party links complies with applicable laws and the relevant third-party platform's terms; and
- OnePlan Travel is not responsible for third-party content, platform restrictions, platform availability, or changes made by third-party platforms.
15.Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be collected, used, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Depending on the features you use, this may include information such as your email address, trip data, Boards, Pins, social video links, receipt images, location-related data, camera input, and notification preferences.
16.Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including:
- Apple App Store;
- Apple Sign In;
- Google Sign In;
- Apple Maps;
- Google services;
- TikTok, Instagram, or other supported social platforms;
- ChatGPT or other AI-powered processing tools;
- analytics, crash reporting, or diagnostic tools;
- Server and infrastructure providers, including Vietnix; and
- Other third-party tools used to support the Services.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, policies, security, or performance of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and platform rules.
17.Intellectual Property
The Services, including the OnePlan Travel name, branding, logo, design, software, code, text, graphics, interfaces, workflows, features, and other materials provided by us, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, reproduce, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the Services or any intellectual property rights belonging to OnePlan Travel or its licensors.
18.App License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the OnePlan Travel app on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with these Terms and applicable app marketplace rules.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
If you download the app through the Apple App Store, your use may also be subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms, usage rules, and standard end user license agreement where applicable. Apple notes that if a developer does not provide a custom EULA, Apple's standard EULA applies to apps distributed through the App Store.
19.Account Suspension, Deletion, and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services if:
- You violate these Terms;
- Your use creates legal, operational, technical, or security risk;
- We believe your account has been misused, compromised, or used fraudulently;
- We are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or governmental request;
- Third-party platform rules or app marketplace rules require action; or
- We discontinue part or all of the Services.
You may request deletion of your account through available in-app tools or by contacting us where applicable.
Termination or deletion of your account may result in loss of access to some or all content, features, saved data, credits, or purchased benefits, subject to applicable law and applicable app marketplace policies.
Certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy where required or permitted by law, for legitimate business purposes, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or technical requirements.
20.Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Some features may depend on third-party services, device permissions, internet connectivity, supported regions, app marketplace rules, or technical availability.
We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, data loss, or feature limitations caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
21.Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:
- Merchantability;
- Fitness for a particular purpose;
- Non-infringement;
- Availability;
- Accuracy;
- Reliability;
- Security;
- Uninterrupted operation; or
- Error-free performance.
We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the Services will be free from viruses, harmful components, or other security issues.
22.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnePlan Travel and Nam Dinh will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, travel opportunities, business opportunities, savings, credits, bookings, reservations, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us through the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
23.Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OnePlan Travel, Nam Dinh, and related parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Services;
- Your submitted content;
- Your Boards, Pins, video links, or other saved materials;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any law or regulation;
- Your violation of any third-party right; or
- Your violation of any third-party platform terms.
24.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the competent courts of Vietnam, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Some users may have mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of their country or region of residence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
25.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, provide notice through the Services or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Services.
